All items have a 14 day exchange policy. We do not offer refunds.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return items to business. Once item has been received by business, a new one will be sent out to customer free of charge.
You are responsible for the care of your items , Windy Acres does not cover damaged items after washing.
Items shipped and not received by customer will have a 25 day waiting period. After 25 days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
